3) What file did you need ?

You provide us with your CAD drawing (in .dwg, .dxf format) or sample,Our engineers will work with them, then produce an exacting AutoCAD-generated phototool. This phototool is a faithful replica of your part, meeting all of your specifications.

 

4) what material did you can make ?

The major materials we use are stainless steel, copper, brass and molybdenum.

 

5) what thickness metal did you can make ?

We professionally manufacture all kinds of metal components by etching process

Product thickness can be achieved between 0.03mm to 1.5mm.

Product size can be achieved between 1mm* 1mm to 600mm* 780mm.

Smallest open hole is Ø 0.1mm.

Smallest line width is 0.025mm.

Product precision is ± 0.01mm (common difference). Its generally 20% of material thickness.

We also provide imported stainless steel thin belts with many kinds of models such as 301,304,430.
